Begin with the overview
The report overview summarizes the evaluated candidates and highlights gaps, risks, strengths, and missing evidence. Use it to decide where to focus—not as a substitute for reading material findings.
Interpret an assessment
- Verdict: the plain-language outcome, such as meets, partially meets, does not meet, or insufficient evidence.
- Score: the deterministic result produced from the reviewed scoring scale and weights.
- Confidence: how strongly the available evidence supports the assessment; it is not a probability that the candidate is good.
- Rationale: a concise explanation of how the cited evidence relates to the criterion.
- Citation: the source document, page, and passage used to support the conclusion.
Verify a citation
- Open the assessment and select its citation.
- Confirm the viewer opens the stated document and page.
- Read enough surrounding content to understand the passage in context.
- Check that the passage supports the rationale and candidate identity.
- If the evidence is wrong or incomplete, record a reviewer override with a reason rather than silently accepting the output.
Make the final decision
- Review all mandatory failures and low-confidence findings.
- Compare candidates using the same rubric revision.
- Distinguish missing evidence from evidence of non-compliance.
- Record overrides and reviewer notes so another person can reconstruct the decision.
- Export or share only through your organization’s approved process.
