Troubleshooting and contacting support

Resolve common sign-in, upload, processing, report, and network problems.

Try these checks first

  1. Read the message on screen and copy the correlation ID if one is shown.
  2. Confirm you are in the intended tenant, workspace, and project.
  3. Refresh once. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same action.
  4. Check whether another administrator changed your membership, credits, or capability access.
  5. If the issue affects everyone, ask an administrator to check service status and recent audit events.

Sign-in and permission problems

  • Session expired: sign in again, then return to the project.
  • Permission denied: ask a Workspace Admin to verify project membership; support cannot infer authorization from a forwarded link.
  • Wrong organization: sign out and choose the correct organization during sign-in.
  • Invitation expired: ask an administrator to send a new invitation.

Upload and processing problems

  • Rejected file: check format, size, password protection, and file integrity.
  • Parsing warning: replace the file with a text PDF or clearer scan when citations cannot be verified.
  • Run remains queued: allow for other workspace activity; do not start duplicates.
  • Run failed: open the failure detail, retain the run and correlation IDs, and use Resume only when the interface offers it.
  • Report appears incomplete: confirm all candidates completed and no human review step remains open.

Contact support

Send the smallest useful diagnostic description through your organization’s approved support channel.

  • Tenant and workspace name.
  • Project name and run ID, when applicable.
  • Approximate time and timezone.
  • What you expected and what happened.
  • Correlation ID and the exact visible error message.
  • Browser and operating system.

Note: Do not send passwords, API keys, full documents, or sensitive source passages. Support will arrange an approved secure path if content is required.
