Get started with DocIQ

Understand the workspace, create your first project, and complete a traceable document review.

What DocIQ does

DocIQ compares a set of candidate documents with a specification that defines what good looks like. It extracts the requirements, asks you to review them, evaluates every candidate consistently, and keeps each conclusion linked to source evidence.

The product supports contract and tender comparison, resume scoring, document validation, and policy compliance. The screens change their terminology for each capability, but the workflow stays familiar.

Before you begin

  • A Workspace Admin account with access to a funded workspace.
  • One specification file, such as a tender, job description, checklist, or policy.
  • The candidate files you want to assess. Use clear file names so reviewers can recognize them.
  • Enough credits for parsing and analysis. DocIQ shows an estimate before a run starts.

Complete your first analysis

  1. Sign in and open the workspace where the work belongs.
  2. Select New project, give the project a durable name, and choose the capability that matches the decision.
  3. Open the project and select New analysis.
  4. Upload the specification and candidate files. Wait until every file is scanned and parsed.
  5. Review the criteria DocIQ extracted. Edit unclear wording, weights, mandatory flags, and expected evidence before approving the set.
  6. Review candidate groupings and document classifications. Correct anything that DocIQ could not identify confidently.
  7. Check the credit estimate, then start the analysis.
  8. When the run completes, review the summary, findings, score breakdown, and citations before recording a decision.

Know when the result is ready

A completed run is ready for human review, not automatic acceptance. Start with low-confidence and missing-evidence findings, open citations to confirm the source passage, then compare candidates using the same reviewed criteria.

Note: DocIQ provides decision support. Your team remains responsible for the final judgement.
