Choose a capability
- Contract Comparison: compare proposals, tenders, contracts, or other submissions against one requirements document.
- Resume Scoring: assess resumes against a job description using job-relevant, reviewable criteria.
- Document Validation: confirm that a submission contains the required document types and consistent values.
- Policy Compliance: examine evidence against a policy or control framework.
Note: A project’s capability defines its workflow and cannot be casually changed after evidence is added. Create a separate project when the decision type changes.
Create the project
- From the workspace home, select New project.
- Enter a concise name that will still make sense in the run history and audit log.
- Choose the capability and confirm the workspace.
- Add a description that explains the decision, review owner, or reporting period.
- Create the project, then add project members from the Members tab.
Recommended naming
Prefer names such as “Facilities tender — Q4 2026” or “ICU nurse intake — September” over generic labels such as “New comparison.” Candidate names and run dates already appear elsewhere, so the project name should describe the body of work.
Before the first run
- Confirm the correct people can access the project.
- Check that the chosen capability is enabled for the workspace.
- Ensure the workspace has enough available credits.
- Agree who will approve the criteria and who will make the final decision.
